At Sensory Adventures, every single order is hand-packed and carefully prepared by us — a small, family-run business. We take great pride in what we do, so please bear this in mind when placing your order. Quality takes a little time, but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Processing time

All orders are made to order and dispatched within 2–4 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

UK Shipping Costs

Shipping is based on how many Busy Boxes you order:

  • 1–2 boxes: £1.95

  • 3–4 boxes: £2.95

  • 5–6 boxes: £3.95

  • 7–8 boxes: £4.95

  • 6+ boxes: FREE shipping

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days after dispatch.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or a trusted UK courier.

Damaged or Missing Items

If something arrives damaged or doesn’t turn up, don’t worry. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it right away.
