Refund Policy

We want you to love your Busy Boxes as much as we loved making them. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

 Returns

Because each product is hand-packed and made to order, we can only accept returns if the item is damaged or faulty.

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email]

  • Include your name, order number, and photos if possible

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 Refunds

If your return is approved, we’ll refund the original purchase amount (excluding shipping) to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • General wear and tear or misuse

  • Orders returned without prior approval

 Missing or Damaged Orders

If your parcel is missing or arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we’ll either replace the item or offer a full refund.
